Never fill in the same form twice again

Never fill in the same form twice again

School applications, doctors visits, medical aid claims, insurance forms, gym registrations, leases. All of them ask for the same handful of facts about you, and all of them ask you to write them out by hand.

How the Forms Workbench works

Upload or photograph the blank form. Centris reads the fields, matches them to the information already extracted from the documents in your vault — names, ID numbers, addresses, policy and account numbers — and completes the form for you. You review it, correct anything you want, and download or email the finished document.

Why it matters

Handwritten forms are where errors creep in: a transposed ID digit, an old address, a policy number from a cancelled plan.

Filling from your own verified documents means the details are right the first time.

The information is already yours. You shouldn't have to keep typing it.
